Happiest Musician Visibility Lab

How to get out of your own way and show up for yourself and your own career.

Musician friend, I see you. You’ve got the degrees, the discipline, the drive - and still, you’re stuck on the edge of something bigger. You know you could grow an income stream or launch your new idea, or you could play on bigger stages - you have the talent and the work ethic.

All around you, you can see other people getting the opportunities you want - the performances, the students, the sponsorships. You are JUST AS GREAT, you actually kind of disagree with some of their approaches - but nothing seems to be happening for you.

Visibility
feels like a wall you can’t climb. You are the one standing in your own way, the one triggered by the very idea of self-promotion, the one who feels exposed, even panicked, at the thought of telling the world how great you truly are.

It feels incredibly vulnerable to show up. It’s literally just a blog post or a video - the technology is SO EASY - but the actual act of pressing Publish seems to be beyond you. It triggers all of your Imposter Shit, it makes you feel salesy and gross.

What will THEY think if you do it?
Who do you think you ARE?

My own visibility journey has felt hard and scary at EVERY new step.  With each new element - from starting a reed business to curating a professional FB page, writing and promoting my ProneOboe blog for a decade, building the Five Minute Reedmaker channel on YouTube, hosting the Crushing Classical podcast, publishing my Happiest Musician book - I have struggled with my own imposter syndrome, I’ve had to start before I felt ready, and many times I have clicked the publish button, slammed the laptop shut, and run away.

I KNOW THIS FIRSTHAND.

But the reward on the other side of DARING to show up is enormous.

You can help people.

You can inspire, educate, and connect.

You can help someone else feel SEEN - and spark real change
through your work.

You can integrate your creativity and your artistry into your humanity, and you can show up as a full person in your public persona.

You can ENJOY and LEARN FROM your own platforms and your conversations and your work.

And you can make more MONEY in your creative career
than ever before.

I can help you. In my fall program, the Happiest Musician Visibility Lab, we will hone in on your WHY, your MISSION, your GENIUS zones to give you the confidence you need to show up.

We’ll talk about why it’s so hard and we’ll work on the mindset shifts you need.

We will find your easiest, most aligned way to be visible.

→ What is your platform?
→ Where is your audience?
→ What is your style?
→ How can you evolve into a new comfort zone without freaking out, burning out, flaming out?

And we’ll co-create a visibility roadmap - a step-by-step, burnout-free path to the career you actually want.

What exists FOR YOU on the other side of increased visibility?
What is this all for?
And how can you baby-step your way toward that vision?

This brand-new program is the evolution of everything I’ve learned building my own multi-6-figure music business, and coaching other musicians through their visibility blocks.  I’m excited to help YOU break through your visibility barriers and take agency in your own creative career - because your artistry MATTERS.

Our spacious schedule includes group workshop calls on September 8, 29, October 20, and November 17, all recorded to rewatch.  We’ll have group coaching sessions on September 18, October 7, 27, and November 13, so we can dig into your SPECIFIC questions and journey, and we’ll have some integration weeks with asynchronous support. You’ll get two private 60 minute sessions with me over our time together, and we’ll be together in a private group for community. We start on September 8.

Total cost: $960.

Payment plans are available.

Join by July 20 to receive my early enrollment bonuses: an additional private 60-minute pre-program coaching call to clarify your goals AND an extended 4-month payment plan ($240/month!)

This is a new program. But I am not new to working with musicians, not new to helping people grow their careers! Here’s what some past clients have said:

Shelly Hypes

Before the program, I had a few project ideas that I was really excited about, but I was having trouble identifying next steps. I was doing things without a lot of purpose, but didn't realize that at the time. I didn't know what my action items could be and I was unsure of my audience.

I gained a lot of agency over the past few months. I started to internalize the fact that I'm the CEO of me and that I'm in charge of my creative projects. I can manage my projects the way that works for me and if that doesn't work, I can try something else. Because, it's all experiments!

It was a big win for me to be able to develop a mission and vision for one of my creative projects. The five Whys exercise was really meaningful for me; I learned so much about myself in such a short time. Being able to step out of the constraints I create for myself, dream big and develop aspirations for myself was very freeing. I also learned a lot about how to start conversations with people about things that are important to me. And most importantly, I learned how to identify and ask for exactly what I want.

If you're feeling stuck and having trouble identifying a path for your creative projects, the Happiest Musician Accelerator is the place for you to start. Jennet is a delight to work with — her enthusiasm is absolutely infectious. You'll walk away after every meeting feeling supported and more importantly, you'll begin to develop a clear purpose and path for your projects. You'll have no doubt that your art matters and that there's a space for it in the world.

Over the last three months, I experienced a shift in mindset and gave myself permission to dream of new income streams through my teaching studio. I have spent the last two years living in fear of expanding my business in creative new ways, and the last three months helped me grow out of that fear.

The Happiest Musician Accelerator program will transform your professional mindset and motivate you to take action in your career. Jennet uses her expertise to help you clarify your vision and bring it to life. The comradery you build with others in the program makes each week's meeting such a joy. Everyone cheers for each other when they share their wins for the week, and the friendships you build extend past the end of the program.

If you are seeking guidance to take your career to the next level, I cannot recommend this program enough!
