Swab Extractor

$3.50

No matter how careful we try to be, SOMETIMES our silk swab kinks a little bit and gets stuck in the top joint of the instrument.  It's terrifying, and immediately disabling, and sometimes requires a trip to the repair shop. I've found that carrying this skinny metal hook in my case all the time has SAVED me on several occasions.  The tiny sharp hook will latch into any bit of the swab it can catch, and you can pull it right back out through the bottom of the joint.  No damage to the inside of the instrument.  Can you afford NOT to carry one?
